-"Don't Know How to Party" MMB

The Mighty Mighty Bosstones are the greatest band ever. EVER. If you want to argue about it, send me your address. I'll personally show up at your door and punch you square in the face. That's what I call unity. But for real, without the 'Tones, I never would have gotten into this whole ska and punk scene. I have them to thank for so much. I still remember back in the day, sitting in art class and my friend put on "Question the Answers" and I was like "What the fuck is this?" It was like nothing on the radio and then when you hear Dicky's growl of a voice... man, they're just fucking awesome. I won't bore you with all the stories I have of meeting them or how many shows I've been to or what rare songs I've got. Let's just say I'm one of those die hard uber fans (even though I'm still afraid of Dicky).

By now you've probably heard the rumors that the band is breaking up. I refuse to believe it. If they say they're on hiatus, then they're on hiatus. And if they do decide to break up, they're such classy guys that I imagine they would give their fans a farewell tour, kinda like Five Iron Frenzy did. And if they do a farewell tour, you can bet your ass that I'm gonna hit as many of those shows as I possibly can. I can't blame 'em if they end it tommorrow though. I mean, the Bosstones have been around something like twenty years? That's an impressive run. And they don't have one bad record. Where do you go from there?

Anyways, I've just been listening to nothing but Bosstones for two weeks straight. Even when I try and put something else on, it's kinda like "eh, not working." So I drew up this comic as therapy really. I think my drawing is getting stronger, but I never get enough time to do proper backgrounds. Oh well, hope some of you are Bosstones fan and are going what I'm going through... withdrawls.
